Meet Erica Fernandez, RYT, Everwell's yoga instructor. She combines intentional movement, longer-held poses, hands-on guidance, and a welcoming environment designed to help you move better, release tension, and actually enjoy slowing down.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already have a regular practice, our classes are designed to feel approachable—not intimidating. There’s no pressure to be flexible, know every pose, or keep up with anyone else in the room. We encourage you to meet your body where it is that day.
What makes our classes a little more Everwell is the extra attention to how your body moves and feels. Depending on the class, you may experience longer-held stretches, hands-on positioning and guidance, with elements of massage and myofascial release incorporated into your practice. It’s yoga with a little more intention, a little more personal attention, and a whole lot of feel-good movement.
Come to move, stretch, breathe, reset, and leave feeling a little better than when you walked in.
Small, welcoming classes with plenty of individual attention. Some Everwell classes incorporate our signature hands-on experience, where poses are held longer while participants receive individualized hands-on techniques such as massage, assisted stretching, and myofascial release.
Yoga is a great fit if you want to improve flexibility and mobility, feel less stiff, complement your workouts, recover from a busy week, or simply have an hour dedicated to moving and feeling good. You do not need to be flexible to start.
Advanced registration is required through the google forms link above. No need to grab your own mat, just wear something comfortable and join us at Everwell.
We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before class. This gives you time to get settled without feeling rushed.

Not at all! Everwell Yoga is designed to be approachable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Your instructor will offer modifications throughout class so you can move at your own pace.
Yoga can help improve flexibility, mobility, balance, and body awareness while providing a way to work through everyday muscular tension and stiffness. Everwell offers both active and restorative yoga options depending on your goals.
Let your instructor know about any limitations before class so modifications can be discussed. If you're unsure whether participating is appropriate, you can give our office a call and speak with a provider. Many people can continue or begin appropriately modified yoga during pregnancy.
Power Yoga is a more active, athletic class that combines flowing movements with strength, balance, mobility, and endurance.
Restorative Yoga is slower and focuses on relaxation, mobility, stretching, and releasing muscular tension through longer-held poses.
Hands-On Restorative Yoga is a specialty Everwell Yoga experience that combines longer-held yoga poses with individualized hands-on techniques. Depending on the class, this may include massage, myofascial release, and assisted stretching while you relax into each pose.
All hands-on techniques are optional.
Because our yoga classes have limited space, we require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of your class payment and future attendance. This helps us keep spots available for others who would like to attend.
No! Everwell Yoga is open to everyone. You do not need to be a chiropractic, massage, or spa patient to attend our yoga classes in Greenfield.
Our yoga schedule changes throughout year, roughly every 4-8 weeks, with specialty classes and unique Everwell experiences offered throughout the year. Space is intentionally limited so we can keep classes personal and provide hands-on attention.
Most Everwell Yoga classes are approximately 60 minutes. Specialty classes may vary, so check the class description when booking.
