We accept a variety of payment options, including credit and debit cards, cash, and payments through HSA/FSA accounts. Payment is due at the time of service, and we are happy to assist with any billing questions you may have. 

Scheduling an appointment is easy! You can either book online through our website or call us directly. Our friendly team is happy to assist you with scheduling at a time that works best for you. 

We do not process insurance claims directly; however, we encourage our patients to take advantage of their Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to pay for services.  Most services offered at Everwell Chiropractic and Wellness, including chiropractic care, massage therapy, and other wellness treatments, are eligible for payment through your HSA or FSA.  We are happy to provide receipts and documentation for you to submit for reimbursement from your HSA/FSA provider.  We recommend checking with your HSA/FSA provider to confirm coverage for specific services. 

To ensure the best possible care and results, we require that all patients have a consultation with Dr. Ashley for a chiropractic assessment before booking complementary services like kinesiology taping or cupping. This allows us to tailor the treatments to your specific needs and ensure they align with your overall health and wellness plan. We are happy to discuss these services during your initial consultation and incorporate them into your personalized treatment plan. 

During your first visit, you’ll meet with Dr. Ashley for a consultation where we’ll review your health history and discuss your wellness goals. We’ll also perform a comprehensive assessment to develop a personalized treatment plan. Afterward, if appropriate, we’ll begin your first adjustment or therapy session. 

 The number of visits needed to see results varies depending on your specific condition and individual health goals. During your first visit, Dr. Ashley will conduct a thorough assessment and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. While some patients experience relief after just a few visits, others may require ongoing care to address more complex issues or long-term wellness goals. We will monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed to ensure you’re getting the best possible outcomes.
